SHIPPING POLICY
All purchases are covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee.
If the Item does not arrive as described or is damaged, we fix the issue and ensure you are satisfied with the resolution. The Buyer Protection Guarantee only applies to items that are packed, crated and shipped by Jonathan Franc LLC. Items that are packed, crated and shipped by third parties or other arrangements can not be covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through Jonathan Franc LLC. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized orders are a the at the discretions of Jonathan Franc LLC.
